Yes, assume that you contacted the casino hence the response from them? The bank will contact the merchants bank not the casino as the casino is not the merchant that took payment, I would doubt the casino will respond to the bank as they shouldn’t be able to.

Seems like a Canadian gambling license as their business is registered in Curacao and does not hold any Curacao licence i ran that number and it's just their registered business number in chambers of Commerce.
