So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Som jag sa, det finns två sidor av myntet. I ditt fall är jag ledsen.

Om du följer din logik kan du spela utan risk. Om jag vinner (oavsett licensens giltighet) betalar jag ut mina vinster, om jag förlorar springer jag till banken och gråter att jag blivit lurad. Jag kallar det hasardspel utan risk, och vissa banker sätter stopp för det genom att med rätta hålla sig borta från återkrav. Visa tillåter för övrigt inte återkrav i samband med hasardspel. Banken håller sig därför utanför det.


Domstolen är öppen för dem.

Ta en titt på din banks villkor, eftersom användning av kortet för olagliga ändamål borde vara förbjudet där. Oavsett om du gjorde det medvetet eller omedvetet. Om du använde kortet för spel trots denna passage i villkoren, kommer du inte att få något tillbaka.

WtH you are trying to make out that I am trying to reap thousands back it was 1 deposit of £100 so I don't know where you get off calling me or anyone an addicted gambler. I am financially secure and belive me I won't be sleeping under any bridges due to one transaction which I have every right on claiming back. As you can not and refuse to see the point. I did not use the funds I asked for a withdrawal my account was blocked so what is your issue by law if I haven't recived a service regardless of whom has recived the funds I am entitled to recive my funds back. If the site is refusing communication and acknowledgement I have the right to ask my bank. To intervene as I said before I had proof they took the money by MISCODING but the money ended up via the site regardless how you want to spin it. I have looked at the terms and conditions of my bank actually hence why the bank is going ahead with the chargeback. It's not a goodwill gesture banks have to abide by the FSCS. A merchant can dispute the chargeback but also have to provide evidence of what was purchased as I have evidence that deposit went to the gaming site by time stamps of deposit on site as I had to query it as it wasn't showing in balance but said success. As soon as I questioned it my account was closed. So do you mean to tell me. I should just roll over and take the loss? You have the wrong one. You seem to be champion for these criminals.regardless what situations people get themselves in you have no place to pass any judgement on their situation or speculate on what may happen. Who the hell do you think you are being so judgemental if you haven't got anything nice to say don't say anything.

Åh kom igen... Varför känner du dig så attackerad? Jag skrev att de som kontaktade mig har förlorat tusentals euro, inte du. Allt handlar inte om dig, prinsessa.

Om du är ekonomiskt säker, har du ett behov av att spela? Jag bryr mig ärligt talat inte om din situation.

Jag angriper ingen, jag påpekar bara att de andra har ett större problem än "förlorade pengar".

Lugn Caren, jag antar att det är mer än 100,00 för dig. Om jag är ekonomiskt säker, så bryr jag mig inte om 100:an och kommer inte göra ett stort väsen här


Och jag hatar den här typen av betalningshantering lika mycket som alla andra här, jag visar dig bara möjligheterna för hur det kan misslyckas, brottslingarna använder inte den här typen av betalningshantering för ingenting. Följaktligen är det ett politiskt problem med lagarna och implementeringen av MasterCard

Your talking out off your backside just because you had an issue don't tar people with the same brush, and don't make assumptions. Yes I am financially secure. It's principle I am no mug and I do not like being taken for granted or being treated like a mug. I understand the implications of how things can fail with the payments but you went into attack mode, making assumptions when it was unjustified when all I was requesting was for a refund of my deposit that was unused and I had pointed out that they had used a 3rd party merchant to process payment you got on your high horse it would be a different situation if I had used the funds but I hadn't. And we keep going with the insults. It's laughable it's Karen not caren lol and I am far from a princess but carry on, not once have I wrote anything to offend you but if it makes you feel impowered by throwing insults carry on as nothing you can say fazes me. How's life under that bridge?

Sign of a narcissist lol. You have got me all figured out my habits ect and you don't even know me, you have worked all this out just by communication through posts. Om du inte känner dig tilltalad, varför så salt? Jag kan inte berätta hur livet är under en bro, det borde representera slutet om folk inte slutar spela. Du kan då fråga dem som spelar bort allt och tror att de bara kommer att få tillbaka det. Min säng var alltid varm och mysig.

Du kan vrida och vända på det hur du vill, det här är ett diskussionsforum, andra åsikter bör accepteras, och bidrag som är lite kritiska bör också tillåtas.

I said I didn’t get any services or goods, I was transparent and said I authorised the transactions for a casino which was illegal. I explained that they use the merchants to bypass security in the uk and they’ve closed the case and given me my money back. I’m putting forward a second chargeback as we speak.

So I’ve just put through a new chargeback for wintermads, they said they was investigating my refund but started to ignore me so I’ve went to chase bank, will the bank contact them? Or just refund and that’s that. My first chargeback was successful

The bank will always contact the opposing bank regarding chargebacks. For me personally I opened around 12 chargebacks against WINTERMDSE and they refunded 3 of them and provided evidence for the remainder saying I bought artwork etc off them

They’ve come back saying I brought nft art and it’s "on the blockchain", I hope they have sufficient evidence as I have evidence I haven’t had any nft art. Any other advice would be appreciated tho.
