I'd probably start by pointing out that you won't be able to log in to your 'customer account' as you won't have one.
Don't send them ID or a selfie, they'll only use it as evidence of KYC in event of a chargeback.
You could send them evidence of the casino deposits and I'd find out who their governing/regulating body is and copy them in too.
