Pišem vam da bih zvanično podneo žalbu protiv Skycrown Casino-a u vezi sa problemom isplate koji nije rešen skoro nedelju dana.
Zatražio sam isplatu od 3800 AUD 15. septembra 2025. godine i uprkos višestrukim kontaktima putem e-pošte i ćaskanja uživo, nisam primio sredstva. Tim za podršku i dalje odgovara sa nejasnim uveravanjima, navodeći da se isplate obrađuju po principu „ko prvi dođe, prvi služi", ali nije dat nikakav vremenski okvir ili rešenje.

Ispunio sve uslove za klađenje
Dostavio svu traženu dokumentaciju
Pokušaj kontakta putem imejla [email protected] & [email protected] bez odgovora
Angažovan sam sa agentima za ćaskanje uživo koji me stalno mole da „sačekam"
