Njihovi uslovi navode da će isplate biti obrađene u roku od 3 radna dana od dana zahteva za isplatu. U mom slučaju su prošle 2 nedelje, a zahtev još uvek nije potvrđen. Svakodnevno kontaktiram podršku i dobijam iste odgovore, reč po reč, navodeći kašnjenja ili veliki obim i da treba malo duže da sačekaju. Svako od njih kaže da će eskalirati zahtev, ali to je očigledna laž jer svaki dan prolazi, a i dalje se ništa ne dešava. Takođe odbijaju da mi dozvole da prođem proces verifikacije, što je još jedna taktika odlaganja koju će sigurno koristiti. AKO uopšte reše moje isplate, želeće da zatim verifikujem svoj nalog, što stvara dalja kašnjenja. IZBEGAVAJTE ovaj kazino i bilo koji kazino pod upravom kompanije STELLAR INC. Ovom i svakom drugom kazinu koji vode treba smanjiti ocene jer očigledno obmanjuju kupce zadržavajući isplate u nastojanju da uopšte ne isplate. I cannot believe this casino is rated so high, every review given tells the same story with these guys. Their Terms state payments will be processed in 3 business days following the day of the withdrawal request. In my case its been 2 weeks and the request is yet to be acknowledged. I contact support every day and receive the same responses, word for word, stating delays, or high volume and to wait a bit longer. Every one of them say they will escalate the request but its a clear lie as every day goes by and still nothing happens. They also refuse to let me do the verification process which is another delay tactic they will surely use IF they address my withdrawal at all, they will want me to then verify my account creating further delays. AVOID this casino and any casino under the STELLAR INC. management company. This and every other casino they run need to have the ratings dropped because they are clearly deceiving customers by holding out payments in an effort to not pay out at all. All of the reviews state the exact same issue so its clear this is purposeful and they need to be held accountable to the terms they set. Truly awful experience with this casino, do not play here.
