Nakon što sam izvršio prvi depozit i izgubio novac, kontaktirao sam podršku uživo da odmah i trajno zatvorim svoj nalog. Agent podrške uživo je ćaskao sa mnom više od 30 minuta, pokušavajući da me ubedi da ostanem i nudeći bonuse, iako sam objasnio da je moja odluka konačna.
Nakon što sam odbio sve bonuse i ćaskao više od 30 minuta, rečeno mi je da treba da pošaljem imejl — što je smešno nakon tako dugog razgovora. Ipak, napisao sam imejl i jutros sam dobio odgovor koji je počeo na isti način kao i ćaskanje uživo, ponovo pokušavajući da produži proces umesto da jednostavno zatvori nalog.
Nažalost, nisam mogao da se kontrolišem i na kraju sam uplatio još 430 evra. Čak ni ne tražim od kazina da mi vrati novac iz dobre volje, jer je očigledno da bi odbili — samo žele da igrači ostanu zarobljeni i da uplaćuju još više.
Imao sam iskustva sa zatvaranjem računa u drugom kazinu, i bukvalno je trajalo pet minuta.

After I made my first deposit and lost the money, I contacted live support to close my account immediately and permanently. The live support agent chatted with me for over 30 minutes, trying to convince me to stay and offering bonuses, even though I explained that my decision was final.
After declining all the bonuses and chatting for more than 30 minutes, I was told that I needed to send an email — which is ridiculous after such a long conversation. Nevertheless, I wrote the email, and this morning I received a reply that started the same way as the live chat, once again trying to prolong the process instead of simply closing the account.
Unfortunately, I couldn’t control myself and ended up depositing another €430. I’m not even asking the casino to refund the money out of goodwill, because it’s obvious they would refuse — they just want to keep players locked in and depositing more.
I’ve had experience closing an account with another casino, and it literally took five minutes.
