Zatražio sam povlačenje 3000 evra 9. juna 2025. godine, bez aktivnog bonusa.
Već sam uspešno isplaćivao novac u prošlosti sa Wild Sultan-om, tako da je moj KYC prethodno bio prihvaćen.
Tokom ovog povlačenja novca, prvo sam podneo bankarsku potvrdu koju je pogrešno pripremio pripravnik u mojoj banci, koji je ručno otkucao broj kartice.
Čim me je Vajld Sultan obavestio o problemu, odmah sam dostavio zvaničnu potvrdu vlasnika Nikel kartice koju je potpisao direktor banke.
Uprkos tome, moj račun je zatvoren, a moj dobitak od 3000 evra je konfiskovan, bez ikakvog pravednog ponovnog ispitivanja ispravljenih dokumenata.
Sve vreme sam postupao u dobroj veri i ispunio svaki zahtev za verifikaciju. Ne tražim da mi se ponovo otvori nalog, već samo da mi se isplate legitimni dobici.

Thank you for your assistance. I would like to clarify the situation once again:
I requested a withdrawal of €3000 on June 9, 2025, with no active bonus.
I had already made successful withdrawals in the past with Wild Sultan, so my KYC had been previously accepted.
During this withdrawal, I first submitted a bank attestation that was incorrectly prepared by a trainee at my bank, who manually typed the card number.
As soon as Wild Sultan informed me of the issue, I immediately provided the official Nickel cardholder attestation signed by the bank director.
Despite this, my account was closed, and my €3000 winnings were confiscated, without any fair re-examination of the corrected documents.
I acted in good faith at all times and complied with every verification request. I am not asking for my account to be reopened, only for my legitimate winnings to be paid.
