Sajt mi je zatvorio nalog i poslao mi sledeći imejl:

Ako je vaš nalog prekinut ili blokiran u takvim okolnostima, Kompanija nije u obavezi da vam vrati bilo koja sredstva koja se mogu nalaziti na vašem nalogu. Imam samo jedan nalog i na njemu je stanje od 20.000 filipinskih peso koje sam zatražio za povlačenje. Sajt odbija da komunicira sa mnom u vezi sa rešenjem.
Zamolio sam lokalnog dobavljača plaćanja da mi pomogne, ali ako to ne može, potražiću pravne mere da me nadoknadi šteta od dobavljača plaćanja.

I only have 1 account and there is a balance of 20,000 Php which I have requested for withdrawal. The site refuses to communicate with me towards a resolution.
I have asked the payment provider they use locally to help me, but if it can't I will seek legal measures to ask the payment provider to compensate me.
