My account was already banned, and because Stake was not responding to my registered email, I contacted support using my friend’s email address. Instead of helping, they banned his account as well, even though no documents or verification details were shared between the two accounts.
I am requesting that stake provide clear evidence of any Terms of Service violation they claim I committed. So far, stake have provided nothing.
This situation looks completely unjustified. I simply want my 6200 USDC withdrawn to my personal wallet. Once this matter is resolved, I have no intention of using Stake again.
