Izvinjavam se zbog kašnjenja sa moje strane, bio sam primoran na odmor zbog praznika, ne mogu poreći da je bilo veoma prijatno. Zato SREĆNA NOVA GODINA svima. 🙂
Nažalost, ne mogu da komentarišem kakvo je kašnjenje, kada kazino uplati sredstva trećoj strani, ona se obično isporučuju igraču u roku od 10 radnih dana u slučaju bankovnog transfera. To znači da nažalost nemamo kontrolu nad datumom isporuke jer je stvarna uplata treća strana.
Ono što sada vidim na nalogu igrača je da ih je treća strana označila kao isporučene od danas. Ako još nisu stigli, uskoro bi trebalo da stignu na vaš bankovni račun Mporoski.

Apologies for the delay on my part, I was forced into time off for the holiday, can't deny it was very pleasant. So HAPPY NEW YEAR to everyone. 🙂
I can't comment as to what the delay was unfortunately, once the funds are paid by the casino to the 3rd party they are generally delivered to the player within 10 business days in the case of a bank wire transfer. That said we have no control over the delivery date unfortunately as it is a 3rd party making the actual payment.
What I do see now in the player account is that the 3rd party has marked them delivered as of today. If they have not arrived yet, they should arrive soon to your bank account Mporosky.
