15. januara ove godine (2025) zatražio sam od Roobet-a trajno samoisključenje/brisanje mog naloga putem imejla. Nakon perioda „hlađenja" kako bih se uverio da zaista želim da ga isključim, ponovo sam dobio imejl od njih u kojem su me pitali koliko dugo želim da ga isključim, a ja sam odgovorio.
„Molim vas, trajno i potpuno obrišite moj nalog, nikada više ne želim da igram na Roobet-u", rečeno mi je kao odgovor.
„Zdravo. Vaš nalog je trenutno u procesu brisanja na vaš zahtev."
i nakon toga mi je nalog onemogućen i nisam mogao da se prijavim niti da mu pristupim uopšte, ali ga NISU obrisali.
Moram priznati da tokom ovog procesa nisam konkretno rekao kazinu da se suočavam sa problemima zavisnosti od kockanja i predstavio sam to kao da sam ljut na sam kazino. To je zato što me je bilo sramota da priznam svoju zavisnost, posebno upravo onom operateru kome sam davao svoj novac poslednjih skoro 6 godina.
U ovom trenutku bi bilo razumno pretpostaviti da sam ja kao igrač sada isključen iz Rubeta bez mogućnosti da se vratim, zar ne?...
Pa, otprilike mesec dana kasnije, 14. februara, setio sam se da imam oko 100 dolara nepotraženih preporuka i ne želeći da dozvolim da to bude bačeno u prazninu Rubetovog džepa, pitao sam ih da li postoji način da ponovo otključam svoj nalog i rečeno mi je da, mogu ga ponovo otključati nakon što odgovorim na njihov upitnik o zavisnosti od kockanja.
Doduše, lagao sam kada sam odgovarao. Nisam bio iskren jer sam se plašio da neću moći da povratim nalog i dobijem 100 dolara od svojih preporuka ako bih drugačije odgovorio.
4 dana nakon mog prvog imejla za otključavanje naloga, 18. februara su mi ponovo otključali nalog i do pre nekoliko dana je ostao potpuno funkcionalan i mogao sam da uplaćujem, igram i isplaćujem novac, sve.
Pre nekoliko dana su mi onemogućili igranje i depozite/isplate, ali mi nisu opozvali pristup nalogu. To je zato što sam započeo proces slanja imejla o ovoj situaciji i načinu na koji je mogu rešiti. (Nisu bili voljni da to reše putem imejla, pa sam se zato i žalio.)
Predlažem im da mi ponovo potpuno zatvore i obrišu nalog (ovaj put trajno) i delimični povraćaj gubitaka od trenutka kada je ponovo otključan, kao i da mi omoguće da povučem preostali iznos. (U trenutku pisanja ovog teksta imam oko 13 dolara od zahteva za preporuke na svom BTC stanju na sajtu koje bih želeo da povučem - ako je preostali iznos koji se može zahtevati kod mojih preporuka ispod njihovog minimalnog zahteva od 5 dolara, mogu da zaboravim na to.)
Razumem da postoji velika razlika između dana kada je otključano i sada, zato verujem da bi delimični povraćaj gubitaka, a ne potpuni, bio prihvatljiv. Razlog za toliko dugo čekanje je taj što sam se ponovo povukao u zavisnost i nedavno preduzimam korake da minimiziram i potpuno uklonim kockanje iz svog života i da ovu zavisnost shvatim ozbiljnije.
Na stranici Rubetsa o odgovornom kockanju jasno piše: „Samoisključenje je nepovratno i naš tim ga ne može izmeniti." Verujem da nisu poštovali procedure bezbednog kockanja sa mojim nalogom ponovnim otvaranjem trajno isključenog igračkog naloga (a kamoli za koji je bilo garantovano da će biti IZBRISAN).
Takođe, da pojasnim, iznos od 13 dolara koji sam odredio za ovaj spor je jednostavno iznos novca na mom BTC stanju na Roobet-u trenutno, nisam siguran koliki bi bili moji ukupni gubici od otključanog do sada. Pokušao sam da pitam njihovu podršku uživo pre nekoliko dana, ali moj tiket je odmah zatvoren.
Priložiću snimke ekrana na kojima zahtevam trajno isključenje/brisanje i potvrdu od Roobet-a da sam isključen i da će moj nalog biti obrisan.

SS3 - imejl koji sam kasnije dobio da bih potvrdio da želim isključenje/brisanje i na koliko dugo
SS4 - Ista e-pošta kao SS3, ali se pritiskom na dugme „kontaktiraj podršku" otvara nova verzija e-pošte za podršku gde samo navodite koliko dugo želite da isključite.
SS5 - Prikazuje mi da šaljem tu e-poštu koja je napisana za mene i ponovo popunjavam da želim da mi se nalog trajno obriše/isključi.
SS6 - Roobet potvrđuje moj zahtev i obaveštava me da se moj nalog briše.
Takođe ću uključiti snimak ekrana stranice o odgovornom kockanju na Roobets-u koja posebno kaže da se izuzeci NE MOGU menjati.

On January 15th of this year (2025) I asked Roobet for a permanent self exclusion/deletion of my account via email. After the "cooldown" period to make sure I really want to exclude I received an email from them again asking me how long I wanted to exclude for and I replied
"Please permanently entirely delete my account forever i do not ever want to play on roobet again", I was told in response
"Hello. Your account is now in the process of being deleted per your request."
and after that my account was disabled and I could not log in or access it at all, but they did NOT delete it.
I will admit that during this process, I did not specifically tell the casino that I was facing gambling addiction issues and presented it as me being upset with the casino itself. This is because I was embarrassed to admit my addiction especially to the very operator I had been feeding my money to for the last almost 6 years.
At this point it would be reasonable to assume that I as a player am now excluded from Roobet with no ability to come back right?...
Well about 1 month later on February 14th I remembered that I had about $100~ in unclaimed referrals and not wanting to let that get thrown in the void of Roobets pockets I asked them if there was a way to unlock my account again and was told yes, I can unlock it again after answering their gambling addiction questionnaire.
Admittedly, I did lie when answering. I was not truthful because I was scared I wouldn't be able to recover the account and get the $100 in my referrals If I answered otherwise.
4 days after my initial email to unlock the account, on February 18th they unlocked my account again and up until a few days ago it remained entirely functional and Ive been able to deposit and play and withdraw, everything.
A few days ago they disabled my gameplay and deposits/withdraws but did not revoke my access to the account. This is because I began the process of emailing them about this situation and how to resolve it. (They were unwilling to resolve it over email so thats why I resorted to this complaint)
I propose to them to once again fully close and delete my account (permanently for real this time) and a partial refund of losses from the time it was unlocked again, aswell as allow me to withdraw my remaining balance. (As of writing I have about $13 from referral claims in my BTC balance on site I would like to withdraw - if the remaining claimable amount in my refs is under their minimum of $5 claim I am fine to forget about it)
I understand there is a large gap between the day it was unlocked and now so that is why I believe a partial refund of losses and not full would be acceptable. The reason for waiting so long is because I had fallen back into the addiction and recently I have been taking steps to minimize and remove gambling from my life entirely and take this addiction more seriously.
Roobets own responsible gambling page very clearly states "Self-Exclusion is irreversible and cannot be modified by our team." I believe they have failed to follow safe gambling procedures with my account by re-opening a permanently excluded player account (let alone that was assured will be DELETED)
Also to clarify the $13 amount I have set for this dispute is simply the amount of money in my BTC Balance on Roobet right now, I am not sure what my total losses from Unlocked to Now would be. I tried to ask their live support a few days ago but my ticket was instantly closed.
I will attach screenshots of me requesting permanent exclusion/deletion and the confirmation from Roobet that I was excluded and my account would be deleted.
