Zatražio/la sam povlačenje sa mog Pribet računa 7. oktobra 2025. godine, u iznosu od 5.000 evra.
Sva moja dokumenta su verifikovana i odobrena pre zahteva za povlačenje.
Takođe sam prihvatio porez od 8% kako zahteva platforma.
Međutim, od danas, isplata se i dalje prikazuje kao „na čekanju" i nisam dobio nikakvu komunikaciju ili novosti od Pribeta u vezi sa očekivanim vremenom obrade ili statusom.
Ljubazno molim CasinoGuru da interveniše i pomogne u kontaktiranju kazina kako bih dobio/la svoja sredstva ili barem zvaničan odgovor sa jasnim rokovima.

I requested a withdrawal from my Pribet account on October 7th, 2025, for the amount of €5,000.
All my documents were verified and approved before the withdrawal request.
I have also accepted the 8% tax as required by the platform.
However, as of today, the withdrawal still shows as "pending," and I have not received any communication or updates from Pribet regarding the expected processing time or status.
I kindly ask CasinoGuru to intervene and assist in contacting the casino in order to obtain my funds or at least receive an official response with clear timelines.
