According to them, it usually only takes 3 business days and you can also read that on their website.

Last time it took three weeks for the money to arrive and I had to write here, ask for help and even contact the licensor.

As I said, there are always different excuses, something different from each contact.

Beim letzten mal hat es 3 Wochen gedauert bis das Geld kam und ich musste hier schreiben, um Hilfe bitten und sogar den Lizenzgeber kontaktieren.

Wie gesagt kommen immer andere Ausreden, von jedem Kontakt etwas anderes.
