Dobio sam promotivni bonus imejlom i u prijemno sanduče kazina u iznosu od 40 dolara, ali nikada nije zapravo uplaćen. Kontaktirao sam podršku i rekli su mi da postoji interni problem i da se „eskalira". Prijavljivao sam se nekoliko puta i svaki put dobijao istu generičku poruku o eskalaciji. Počeo sam da čuvam razgovore jer su se pobrinuli da mi razjasne da ako iskoristim bilo koji od 25 dolara koje već imam, neće mi uplatiti preostalih 15 dolara koje dugujem. Zato sam čekao. Dugo. Oko dva do dva i po dana kasnije, bonus je konačno uplaćen.
Maksimalna isplata bonusa bila je 150 dolara. Proverio sam svoj KYC i video da je jedan dokument još uvek „u pregledu" iako je sve ostalo odobreno. Pitao sam podršku zašto i ponovo sam dobio istu automatsku poruku o eskalaciji bez stvarnog objašnjenja ili vremenskog okvira. Samo su rekli da moram da sačekam. Želeo sam da zadržim papirni trag, pa sam pokušao da sačuvam transkripte, ali očigledno mi važni nikada nisu poslati imejlom, iako sam kliknuo na opciju za čuvanje kada sam ih prvi put kontaktirao.
Na kraju, nakon čekanja, taj KYC dokument je odbijen. Poslao sam novi i ponovo dobio istu poruku „samo čekaj, nema određenog vremena". Danas je dokument konačno prihvaćen, ali sada traže selfi sa mojim licem i bitkoin adresom na drugom uređaju. Napravio sam fotografije, ali je otpremanje stalno davalo „internu grešku", pa mi je podrška rekla da ih pošaljem direktno preko ćaskanja. Jesam — odbijeno. Poslao sam još jedan — odbijeno. Poslali su još jednu generičku KYC poruku o tome kako nema određenog vremena i da se čeka potvrda. Bukvalno sam pitao: „Možete li jasno navesti u čemu je problem kako bih znao kako da ga ispravim?" i sve što su uradili jeste ponovni automatski odgovor. Čak i kada sam pitao da li su moji dokumenti sada važeći, dobio sam istu praznu skriptu kompanije.
Dakle, sada sam potpuno u mraku oko svog povlačenja, u mraku oko svog KYC-a, i zaglavljen sam u sukobu sa predstavnicima podrške koji se ponašaju iznervirano što samo pokušavam da pratim njihova uputstva. Iskreno je srceparajuće videti kako se kazino koji je nekada dobro postupao sa ljudima ovako drastično menja. A ako je ovo ono što dobija ocenu 9,6 od 10 za tretman kupaca, onda je to divlji primer onoga što dozvoljavamo kazinima da se izvlače. Ovo ne bi trebalo smatrati vrhunskom uslugom. To je poremećeno. Smatramo ovaj tretman dobrim i zadovoljni smo njime. Support claims the "last numbers aren’t visible," but I asked for an actual explanation, not that copy-paste line they keep throwing at me. I wanted to know EXACTLY what part wasn’t visible so I could fix it and follow instructions properly. Instead, after asking repeatedly, they didn’t answer that at all. They sent back another generic KYC message about how there’s no determined time and to wait for confirmation. I literally asked, "Can you clearly state what the problem is so I know how to correct it?" and all they did was auto-reply again. Even when I asked if my documents were valid now, I got the same empty company script.
So now I’m completely in the dark about my withdrawal, in the dark about my KYC, and stuck dealing with support reps who act annoyed that I’m simply trying to follow their instructions. I’m not asking for rainbows and cupcakes, just basic customer service — to feel acknowledged as a customer and given actual answers, not shrugged off like a kid bothering them. Over a year ago, this casino felt totally different. Support was helpful, kind, and actually cared about customer satisfaction. Now it’s sarcasm, rudeness, copy-paste answers, and a general vibe that they want you to stop talking.
It’s honestly heartbreaking to see a casino that used to treat people well change this drastically. And if this is what gets rated 9.6 out of 10 for customer treatment, then it’s a wild example of what we’re allowing casinos to get away with. This shouldn’t be considered top-tier service.
