Moj zahtev za povlačenje 291,02 evra je na čekanju od 21. novembra 2025. do danas, 1. decembra 2025. (10 dana), iako me je onlajn tim za korisničku podršku obavestio da se povlačenja obrađuju u roku od najviše 5 radnih dana. Kada sam pitao za procenjeno vreme završetka, rekli su da nemaju informacije i savetovali su mi da kontaktiram finansijsko odeljenje na [ [email protected] ](pošta na adresu: [email protected]).
Poslao sam imejlove ovom Odeljenju za finansije 24. novembra 2025. i 28. novembra 2025. godine, ali nisam dobio nikakav odgovor.
Za vašu informaciju, uplatio sam 550,7 evra 17. novembra 2025. godine, a nakon klađenja, konačno stanje na mom računu je bilo 690 evra. Pošto je maksimalni dozvoljeni iznos po isplati putem kripto metode 400 evra, morao sam da podelim isplatu na dva zahteva. Jedan zahtev od 399 evra je obrađen 21. novembra 2025. godine, ali preostalih 291,02 evra nije obrađeno, kao što je gore objašnjeno.
Stoga pišem ovu žalbu u nadi da će Casinoguru uticati na Gangsta casino da ispuni svoju dužnost kao kazino i obrađuje isplate za igrače.

My withdrawal request of 291.02 EUR has been pending from November 21th, 2025 until today, December 01st, 2025 (10 days), even though the online customer support team informed me that withdrawals are processed within a maximum of 5 business days. When I asked for an estimated completion time, they said they had no information and advised me to contact the Finance Department at [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]).
I sent emails to this Finance Department on November 24th, 2025 and November 28th, 2025, but I have not received any response.
For your reference, I deposited 550.7 EUR on November 17th, 2025, and after wagering, my final account balance was 690 EUR. Because the maximum amount allowed per withdrawal time via the crypto method is 400 EUR, I had to split the withdrawal into two requests. One request of 399 EUR was processed on November 21th, 2025, but the remaining 291.02 EUR has not been processed, as explained above.
Therefore, I am writing this complaint in the hope that Casinoguru will influence Gangsta casino to fulfill their duty as a casino to process withdrawals for players.
