Želim jasno da istaknem ponovljene kontradikcije i nedostatak akcije od strane Dafabeta, uprkos tome što sam u potpunosti sarađivao na svaki mogući način.
🔴 1. Dafabet mi je danas poslao više od 10+ imejlova — svi sa različitim izjavama.
Svaki imejl kaže nešto drugačije:
„Dokument se proverava."
„Povlačenje se pojačava."
„Potreban nam je PAN."
„Potreban nam je HLV."
„Verifikacija je još uvek u toku."
„Uskoro ćemo vas ažurirati."
„Vaši dokumenti su već podneti."
Nijedan imejl ne sadrži konačni zahtev, vremenski okvir ili jasnu akciju.
Ovo pokazuje da njihova podrška nema pojma šta tim za verifikaciju radi, a njihovi odgovori su automatizovane poruke za kopiranje i lepljenje.

🔴 2. KazinoGuruu je rečeno da je Dafabet tražio moj pasoš.
Ovo je 100% netačno.
Nikada nisam dobio/la:
imejl
poruka
obaveštenje
ažuriranje ćaskanja
sistemski zahtev
tražeći pasoš.
Ovo dokazuje da Dafabet daje netačne informacije o slučaju.

🔴 3. Dafabet je tvrdio da je moje povlačenje od 7.000 ₹ „uspešno obrađeno".
Ovo je takođe bilo lažno.

Od 01. decembra:

Sistem prikazuje „Poslato – U fazi pregleda"
Nema odbijanja dokumenta
Nema zahteva za novi dokument
Nema imejla od tima za verifikaciju
Bez akcije više od 60 dana
Ako je Dafabetu bila potrebna nova dokumentacija, opcija otpremanja mora biti omogućena.
Ali je onemogućeno.
Tako da ne mogu ni ponovo da se prijavim.
Ovo pokazuje da se ne odvija nikakav pravi proces verifikacije.

🔴 5. Interni timovi Dafabeta daju kontradiktorna uputstva:
Dafabet je javno rekao:
> „Savetovali smo mu da dostavi potrebnu ličnu kartu i HLV."
Ali:
Već sam poslao Aadhaar + HLV 1. decembra
Nikada ga nisu pregledali
Nikada ga nisu odbili
Nikada nisu tražili novi HLV
Nikada nisu omogućili opciju otpremanja
Dakle, jednostavno ne mogu ništa novo da pošaljem dok ONI ne omoguće odeljak za otpremanje.

🔴 6. Danas sam primio desetine imejlova od različitih agenata podrške u kojima se kaže potpuno ista stvar:

Ovo dokazuje da nisu NIŠTA proveravali od 1. decembra do sada.

🔴 7. U potpunosti zahtevam od CasinoGuru-a da zatraži od Dafabet-a 3 jasna odgovora:
1️⃣ Koja tačna dokumenta su potrebna (konačna lista)?
2️⃣ Zašto dokumenti za verifikaciju otpremljeni 1. decembra nisu pregledani 60 dana?
3️⃣ Zašto je odeljak za otpremanje onemogućen ako su im potrebni novi dokumenti?

🔴 8. Potpuno sam sarađujući. Spreman sam da podnesem PAN, Aadhaar, pasoš — BILO ŠTA.
Ali Dafabet mora:

Omogući otpremanje
Prestanite da dajete kontradiktorne izjave
Zapravo pregledajte dokumenta
Prestanite da obmanjujete CasinoGuru-a
Molim za tvoju pomoć, Jana, jer bez tvoje intervencije Dafabet jednostavno šalje automatske poruke i ne preduzima NIKAKVU stvarnu akciju.

🔴 1. Dafabet has sent me more than 10+ emails today — all with different statements.
Every single email says a different thing:
"Document is being checked."
"Withdrawal is being escalated."
"We need PAN."
"We need HLV."
"Verification still in progress."
"We will update you soon."
"Your documents were already submitted."
Not a single email provides a final requirement, timeline, or clear action.
This shows that their support has no idea what the verification team is doing, and their responses are automated copy-paste messages.

🔴 2. CasinoGuru was told that Dafabet requested my passport.
This is 100% false.
I never received any:
email
message
notification
chat update
system request
asking for a passport.
This proves Dafabet is giving inaccurate information on the case thread.

🔴 3. Dafabet claimed my ₹7,000 withdrawal was "successfully processed."
This was also false.
My account still shows:
Status: Pending

Again, clear contradiction.

🔴 4. My high-level verification documents submitted on 01 December 2025 are STILL under review.
Since 01 December:
The upload option is greyed out
The system shows "Submitted – Under Review"
No document rejection
No new document request
No email from the verification team
No action for 60+ days
If Dafabet needed new documents, the upload option must be enabled.
But it is disabled.
So I cannot even submit again.
This shows no real verification process is taking place.

🔴 5. The internal teams of Dafabet are giving contradictory instructions:
Dafabet said publicly:
> "We advised him to submit the required ID and HLV."
But:
I already submitted Aadhaar + HLV on 01 Dec
They never reviewed it
They never rejected it
They never asked for new HLV
They never enabled upload option
So I simply cannot submit anything new until THEY enable the upload section.
