Zatražio/la sam da mi se nalog zatvori zbog samoisključivanja u ćaskanju uživo i upućen/a sam na imejl.
Onda sam morao da pošaljem nešto veoma lično, a to je bio selfi sa vidljivim obrascem identifikacije.
Uradio sam oboje i dalje su mi držali račun otvorenim.
čak i nakon što je podneto 5 zahteva.
Imam problem, dozvolili su mi da uplatim dodatnih 2000 dolara nakon što sam zatražio i poslao svoj selfi.
Znam da ova žalba nikada neće rezultirati povraćajem novca zbog ove žalbe, ali me zbunjuje nedostatak empatije i brige sa kojima ovi kazina rade.
Ljudi imaju porodične račune za poslove i jednostavno ih nije briga.
Sve što želim je da neko mari i barem smanjenje njihovog rezultata kod kazino gurua.
Moraju da nauče da kada neko želi da se samoisključi, to ne treba da ignorišu.
