Kazina imaju pravo da preduzmu mere u takvim slučajevima, uključujući poništavanje dobitaka i zatvaranje računa.

3.12 Igrač može otvoriti samo jedan nalog. Svi dodatni računi koji se pronađu mogu se zatvoriti ili se svi takvi nalozi mogu tretirati kao jedan zajednički račun, u oba slučaja prema nahođenju Operatora.

After carefully reviewing all the information provided, I must unfortunately inform you that we won’t be able to assist you further in this matter.
The casino's terms and conditions explicitly prohibit the creation of multiple accounts. Even though you mention that you never had more than one account active at a time and always closed them yourself, having 17 accounts registered under the same name, address, and banking details is considered a serious breach of these terms. Casinos have the right to take action in such cases, including voiding winnings and closing accounts.
According to the Terms and Conditions:
3.12 The Player may open only one Account. Any additional accounts that are found may be closed or all such accounts may be treated as one joint Account, in either case at the Operator's discretion.
As a result, it is entirely up to the casino’s discretion whether they decide to refund any of your deposits. Since this complaint involves a clear violation of the casino’s rules, we are unable to mediate or request any specific resolution on your behalf.
