Oko 14-15. novembra 2025. godine, podrška mi je rekla da mogu da mi daju bonus iz ljubaznosti, ali nisu mogli da ga dodaju dok je moje povlačenje bilo u toku, pa sam morao da čekam, a moj zahtev za povlačenje je bio četvrti. Zašto, siguran sam da je pomenut bonus iz ljubaznosti?
Moje povlačenje je obavljeno 16. novembra 2025. godine, tako da sam se 17. novembra 2025. godine vratio da tražim bonus koji su pomenuli.

Samo objavljujem ovo da ljudi znaju tačno kako se sve desilo, sa datumima i kako određuju koliko im je žao i kome su spremni da se izvine kada prekrše sopstvene uslove korišćenja usluge, što je pravno obavezujući kontakt, ali ne znam, možda je to samo meni, celu ovu stvar smatram ludom, hahaha (ps. nema nikakve veze sa KYC-om, pobrinuo sam se da prvog dana neće biti problem, a oni su me uverili da to nije potrebno četvrtog dana i nekoliko dana kasnije, nakon što sam bio zabrinut i ponovo pitao više puta, takođe kada sam tražio konkretnu klauzulu koja opravdava zadržavanje mojih sredstava ili nešto u uslovima korišćenja usluge što to čini razumnim zadržavanjem, ignorisali su moj zahtev za tim informacijama dosta puta tokom tog razgovora, konačno priznajući da nisu mogli da daju nikakvo obrazloženje ili klauzulu o tome zašto je zadržano i da opravdaju zadržavanje, dakle).

around nov 14-15 2025 support told me they could give me a courtesy bonus but they couldn't add it while my withdrawal was pending so i had to wait which my withdrawal request was the 4th. as to why im sure a curtesy bonus was brought up
my withdrawal went through on nov 16 2025 so on nov 17 2025 i went back to ask for the bonus they mentioned
then they told me im not eligible because i havent deposited recently enough
i dont even play that much so my last deposit is recent for me but they act like it doesnt count unless youre dropping cash every day
initially said bonus gotta wait till withdrawal clear first told me to wait then changed their mind after the withdrawal cleared felt pretty weak after everything i dealt with
just posting this so people know exactly how it went down with the dates included and how they determine the level of sorry they are and whom they are willing to give fair apologize to when they break their own terms and service which is a legally binding contact but idk maybe its just me it finds this whole thing crazy lmk ( p.s it had nothing to do with kyc i made sure day one wouldn't be a problem and they reassured it wasn't needed on the 4th and multiple days after upon me being concerned and asking again multiple occasions also when i requested specific clause that justifies the holding of my funds or something in the terms of service that makes it a reasonable holding they ignored my request for that information quite a few times during that chat finally admitting no there was no reasoning they could give or clause as to why its bein held and justify the holding soooo)
