Nepravedno odbijanje povlačenja — 22Bet Casino (66 miliona Rp)

Iskreno tražim vašu pomoć u vezi sa ozbiljnim problemom sa kojim se suočavam sa 22Bet kazinom.
Otvorio sam svoj račun na 22Bet u petak, 18. aprila 2025, i nastavio sa sledećim transakcijama:
Prvi depozit: 4.000.000 IDR putem bankovnog transfera — izgubljeno.
Drugi depozit: 5.000.000 IDR putem kreditne kartice (Visa) — osvojio 66.000.000 IDR.
Kada sam pokušao da podignem 30.000.000 IDR putem iste Visa metode, moje podizanje je odbijeno nakon nekoliko dana čekanja.
Kontaktirao sam 22Bet podršku u petak i savetovao mi je da izvršim još jedan depozit putem bankovnog transfera sa minimalnim prometom (kvote 1.1) kako bih rešio problem. Prateći njihova uputstva, napravio sam:
Treći depozit: 500.000 IDR putem bankovnog transfera, završeno potrebno igranje (snimci ekrana u prilogu).
Nakon toga sam uspešno podigao 6.500.000 IDR putem bankovnog transfera. Međutim, prvobitno povlačenje 30.000.000 IDR preko Visa-a ostalo je na čekanju 3 dana, a zatim je odbijeno.
Pokušao sam da podignem preostalih 30.000.000 IDR putem bankovnog transfera — ponovo odbijeno.
Ponovo sam pokušao da povučem preko Visa-a — odbijeno nakon 5 dana čekanja.
Više puta sam kontaktirao 22Bet putem ovih mejlova:
Njihovi odgovori su bili šabloni za kopiranje i zalepljivanje u kojima se navodi da moram da koristim isti metod depozita za povlačenje. Međutim, već sam napravio dva depozita putem bankovnog transfera prema uputstvima. Uprkos tome, svi moji pokušaji povlačenja — viza ili bankovni transfer — bili su dosledno odbijani.
Štaviše, dostupne opcije depozita su se drastično promenile.
Ranije sam mogao da deponujem koristeći bankovni transfer i Help2Pai, ali sada su te opcije nestale.
Ova situacija je krajnje frustrirajuća i nepravedna.

Unfair Withdrawal Rejection — 22Bet Casino (Rp66 Million)
Dear Casino Guru Complaints Team,
I sincerely request your assistance regarding a serious issue I am facing with 22Bet Casino.
I opened my account at 22Bet on Friday, 18 April 2025, and proceeded with the following transactions:
First deposit: IDR 4,000,000 via bank transfer — lost.
Second deposit: IDR 5,000,000 via credit card (Visa) — won IDR 66,000,000.
When I attempted to withdraw IDR 30,000,000 via the same Visa method, my withdrawal was rejected after several days of waiting.
I contacted 22Bet support on Friday and was advised to make another deposit via bank transfer with minimum turnover (odds 1.1) to fix the issue. Following their guidance, I made:
Third deposit: IDR 500,000 via bank transfer, completed the required playthrough (screenshots attached).
After that, I successfully withdrew IDR 6,500,000 via bank transfer. However, the original IDR 30,000,000 withdrawal via Visa remained pending for 3 days and was then rejected.
I tried withdrawing the remaining IDR 30,000,000 via bank transfer — rejected again.
I tried withdrawing via Visa again — rejected after 5 days of waiting.
I contacted 22Bet multiple times through these emails:

Their replies were copy-pasted templates stating I must use the same deposit method for withdrawal. However, I already made two deposits via bank transfer as instructed. Despite this, all my withdrawal attempts — Visa or bank transfer — were consistently rejected.
Moreover, the available deposit options drastically changed.
Previously, I could deposit using bank transfer and Help2Pay, but now those options disappeared.
This situation is extremely frustrating and unfair.
I sincerely request 22Bet Casino to allow me to withdraw my rightful winnings of IDR 66,000,000 via bank transfer, a method I have used for deposits. I hope Casino Guru will kindly assist me in resolving this issue and ensuring that 22Bet acts in good faith.
