Podnosim ovu žalbu jer je 1xBit nepravedno konfiskovao stanje na mom računu i zatvorio ga bez ikakvog odgovarajućeg objašnjenja.
Uvek sam koristio platformu ispravno, sa punom transparentnošću i u dobroj veri. Nikada nisam počinio nikakvu prevarnu aktivnost, kreirao više naloga ili na bilo koji način prekršio Uslove korišćenja.
Uprkos tome, 1xBit me je iznenada obavestio da je moj nalog trajno zatvoren zbog navodnog kršenja njihovih Uslova, ali su odbili da preciziraju koje pravilo je navodno prekršeno. Jednostavno su izjavili da mogu da podignem samo iznos koji sam uplatio — potpuno ignorišući legitimne dobitke koji su već bili na mom stanju.
Svi moji pokušaji da kontaktiram podršku bili su uzaludni — stalno dobijam automatske odgovore ili nejasne odgovore poput „vaš zahtev je poslat stručnjacima", bez pravog odgovora ili dokaza o bilo kakvom kršenju pravila.

I am opening this complaint because 1xBit has unfairly confiscated my account balance and closed my account without any proper explanation.
I have always used the platform correctly, with full transparency and in good faith. I have never committed any fraudulent activity, created multiple accounts, or violated the Terms and Conditions in any way.
Despite this, 1xBit suddenly informed me that my account was permanently closed for an alleged violation of their Terms, but they refused to specify which rule was supposedly broken. They simply stated that I could withdraw only my deposited amount — completely ignoring the legitimate winnings that were already in my balance.
All my attempts to contact support have been useless — I keep receiving automatic responses or vague replies like "your request has been sent to the specialists", with no real answer or proof of any violation.
This behavior is unacceptable and clearly shows a lack of transparency. They took my money without justification, which is a form of confiscation and unfair treatment toward players.
I kindly request Casino Guru to review this situation and contact 1xBit to:
