Iako sam u početku uživao igrajući ovde i bio sam oprezno optimističan, postalo je, nažalost, jasno da ovo nije mesto za igru ako želite da izvršite podizanje novca. Čekam već više od nedelju dana, a sajt nema kraja, na zahtev za podizanje od 500 kanadskih dolara. Imejlovi ostaju bez odgovora. Juče, nakon 30 minuta čekanja na ćaskanju, rečeno mi je da je kašnjenje zbog velikog broja zahteva za podizanje novca, što je, po mom iskustvu, samo drugi način da se kaže da ili nemaju sredstava da plate ljudima, nemaju dovoljno osoblja za funkcionisanje, žele da ljudi igraju svoje dobitke, ali ih ne i preuzimaju, ili će jednostavno uskoro zatvoriti svoja vrata. Koji god da je razlog, prestao sam da igram ovde i nemam razloga da verujem da ću ikada videti i peni. Ažuriraću ovu recenziju ako se to ikada desi. Pazite.
Ažuriranje: Nekoliko sati nakon pisanja ove recenzije i njenog odobrenja (poslao sam kazinu i snimak ekrana imejlom), primio sam svoju isplatu i ona je odmah bila na mom bankovnom računu, prema metodi koju koristim. Uključili su napomenu da obrađuju isplate u roku od 48 sati, što nikako nije ono što sam imao u iskustvu. Cela nedelja je daleko od 48 sati, i lično ne verujem da bih imao ikakve rezultate da nisam napisao svoju recenziju na ovom forumu. Zato hvala Casino Guru-u. Umereno sam nadogradio svoje iskustvo jer sam zapravo primio svoja sredstva.
Although I initially enjoyed playing here and was cautiously optimistic, it's become sadly clear this isn't a place to play if you want to make a withdrawal. I've been waiting for over a week with no end in site for a $500 CAD withdrawal. Emails go unanswered. Yesterday after waiting 30 minutes on chat I was told the delay was due to the high volume of withdrawal requests, which in my experience is just another way of saying they are either out of funds to pay people, do not have enough staff to function, want people to play their winnings but not collect them, or simply will soon be closing their doors. Whatever the reason I am done playing here and have zero reason to believe I'll ever see a penny. I'll update this review should it ever happen. Beware.
Update: A few hours after writing this review and it being approved (I had emailed the casino a screenshot of it as well) I received my withdrawal and it was instantly in my bank account as per the method I use. They included a note saying that they process withdrawals within 48 hours, which is not at all what my experience was. A full week is a far cry from 48 hours, and I personally don't believe I would have had any results without writing my review on this forum. So thank you Casino Guru. I upgraded my experience moderately because I actually received my funds.
