We would like to formally clarify recent statements made regarding the relationship between Goldenbet and Mystake.
Goldenbet and Mystake are both operated by our parent entity, Santeda International B.V.
We are a fully licensed and regulated operator under the laws of Curaçao. While these platforms may present distinct branding and user experiences tailored to different market segments, they are part of the same operational structure.
The suggestion that any effort has been made to falsely portray Goldenbet as a separate entity is factually incorrect.
Our communications have consistently and transparently disclosed the ownership and operational framework of both brands, including within our Terms & Conditions, KYC documentation, and licensing information.
We take transparency seriously and encourage users to review publicly available company records, licensing information, and site documentation if they have further questions or concerns.
A number of users have recently initiated chargebacks through their banks or payment providers after using our services.
We are working in close collaboration with our compliance and legal teams along with payment providers and financial institutions to ensure these claims are thoroughly reviewed and, where applicable, rightfully closed in our favour based on the evidence.
