Upravo sam pokrenuo povraćaj sredstava protiv Goldenbet-a (dsolpay, softpulse solutions, inpics, exotrx, adpoint business solutions i wexhyp) putem Revolut-a. Trenutno podnosim zahtev, jer nisam znao da nemamo licencu za Veliku Britaniju, naplatili su mi preko trećih strana, pogrešno predstavili MCC i naplatili mi u drugoj valuti i drugom iznosu.
Teško je sve ovde pročitati, ali razumem da neće funkcionisati, ali ljudi znaju način koji funkcioniše (možda kontaktiranje onih navedenih gore?). Može li mi neko objasniti najbolji način da dobijem povraćaj novca?

I’ve just initiated chargebacks against goldenbet (dsolpay, softpulse solutions, inpics, exotrx, adpoint business solutions, and wexhyp) via Revolut. Currently claiming because I didn’t know weren’t uk licensed, they charged me via third party merchants, misrepresented MCC and charged me in diff currency and diff amount.
its hard to read through everything here but I get the jist that won’t work but people know a way that does (contacting those listed above maybe?). Could anyone provide me with the best way of getting a refund please?
