Kazino Guru ne upravlja ovim kazinom. Mi ne držimo sredstva igrača. Ono što radimo jeste da pratimo obrasce, ažuriramo bezbednosne ocene, izdajemo upozorenja i provodimo vreme pomažući igračima kroz naš sistem za žalbe. Sve se to desilo.
Stalno se vraćate na ocenu, ali budimo iskreni, zajednica je imala informacije. Bilo je crvenih zastavica u recenzijama korisnika, diskusijama na forumima i odeljku za žalbe. Kada kazino promeni smer i prestane da se pridržava sopstvenih pravila, to nije nešto što objavljuju svetu. To je namerna promena, i obično tiha. Možemo reagovati tek kada dokazi postanu vidljivi - i jesmo.
Ostalo je na nama boljima, i niko od nas to ne može promeniti - uključujući i tebe. Ne kažem da nisi u pravu, ali suočavanje sa istim objavama svaki dan je zaista zahtevno. Vrtanje u krug, zar ne? Ja mislim.
Takođe ste odlučili da zatvorite žalbu protiv drugog kazina iz iste grupe, nazivajući nas „nesposobnim". To je vaš izbor, ali ako ne želite da učestvujete u našem procesu, šta želite da uradimo?
Šta mislite da će se postići ponavljanjem istih optužbi iznova i iznova? Čujemo vas. Preduzeli smo mere. Ali osećanja ogorčenja ne bi trebalo da zamene činjenice. Ako ste spremni da priznate realnost kako ovo funkcioniše, mi smo i dalje tu da pomognemo. Uhvaćeni smo u začaranom krugu koji ne donosi ništa dobro.
Ako smem biti toliko smeo, dajte nam malo oduška, molim vas. I dobre vesti: Neki igrači zapravo i dalje primaju platu.
Da li zaista moramo ponovo da ponavljamo ovo? Iskreno, osećam se kao da smo već dovoljno puta prošli kroz istu petlju – verovatno bih mogao da preskočim nekoliko rundi u ovom trenutku.
Ako smo mi krivi za sve, kao što ste predložili ovde i drugde, možda je logičnije da diskusiju prebacite na drugi forum. Izgleda da ste se odlučili, i nakon svega što je rečeno – uključujući i neke ne baš suptilne grupne zaključke o našim namerama – nastavljanje ovde više ne deluje baš produktivno.

You keep circling back to the rating, but let’s be honest here, the community did have the information. There were red flags in user reviews, forum discussions, and the complaints section. When a casino changes direction and stops following its own rules, it’s not something they announce to the world. It’s a deliberate shift, and usually a quiet one. We can only react once the evidence becomes visible—and we did.
The rest is to our betters, and no one of us can change that—including you. I'm not saying you're wrong, but facing the same posts every day is really demanding. Running in circles, don't you think? I do.
You also chose to close a complaint against another casino from the same group, calling us "incompetent." It's your choice, but if you don't want to engage with our process, what do you want us to do?
What do you think will be achieved by repeating the same accusations over and over? We hear you. We’ve taken action. But feelings of outrage shouldn’t replace facts. Do we really have to go over this again? Honestly, I feel like we’ve been through the same loop enough times already – I could probably skip a few rounds at this point.
If we’re to blame for everything, as you’ve suggested here and elsewhere, maybe it makes more sense for you to take the discussion to another forum. It seems like your mind’s made up, and after everything that’s been said – including some not-so-subtle group conclusions about our intentions – continuing here doesn’t seem all that productive anymore.
Up to you, of course. But I’d rather focus on conversations where there’s still room for dialogue.
