Sincerely, I am not sure if the casino has made any headway in handling player complaints, but I would not expect a response either. Still, until someone tries, we will not know. From a different angle, your complaint will make the casino's "qualities" more apparent to the rest of the community, even if it does not reply. Considering the complaint is free of charge, I would love to see another portion of black points dealt to such a scammy casino.
No pressure, of course. It's just an idea.
