Osvojio sam 5700€ u Malina kazinu i tražio sam 3 isplate po 500€, pošto imaju limit od 500€ na 24h sa ne više od 3 aktivna zahteva za isplatu istovremeno. Moj prvi zahtev se desio 31. marta i oni imaju politiku od 3 dana za obradu navedenih povlačenja. Pa prošlo je 10 dana i ništa. Korisnička podrška mi stalno govori da budem strpljiv, da je moj novac siguran, da finansijsko odeljenje ima problema sa obradom zbog velikog broja zahteva koje imaju. Poslao sam 4 mejla na koje sam dobio odgovore samo na 2, i oba puta sam dobio automatske i nejasne odgovore. Ne znam šta drugo da radim. Kontaktirao sam podršku najmanje 3 puta dnevno i niko mi ne daje jasan odgovor ili izgleda da je voljan da stvarno pomogne. Ponudio sam da izvršim KIC verifikaciju da bih pomogao da se proces ubrza, ali su mi odbili da to uradim jer „u ovom trenutku to nije neophodno i sve je u redu sa vašim nalogom". Ovo mi se nikada nije desilo pa sam ovde nekako očajan. Potreban mi je moj novac, prošlo je 10 dana i osećam se kao da ga nikada neću videti. Idem 11. dana i još uvek dobijam iste odgovore iznova i iznova. Help!!!
I won 5700€ on Malina casino, and I requested 3 withdrawals of 500€ each, as they have a limit of 500€ per 24h with no more than 3 active withdrawal requests at a time. My first request happened on march 31st, and they have a policy of 3 days to process said withdrawals. Well it’s been 10 days and nothing. Costumer support keeps telling me to be patient, that my money is safe, that the financial department is having some trouble processing because of the big volume of requests they’re having. I sent 4 emails to which I only got replied to 2, and both times I received automatic and vague answers. I don’t know what else to do. I’ve been contacting the support at least 3 times a day and nobody gives me a straight answer or seems to be willing to actually help. I’ve offered to do the KYC verification to help fasten the process, but they refuse to let me do it as "it’s not necessary at this point and everything is fine with your account". This has never happened to me so I’m kind of desperate here. I need my money, it’s been 10 days and I feel like I’m never going to see it. I’m going on day 11 and I still get the same answers over and over and over again. Help!!!
