We're absolutely thrilled by our victory! It's truly monumental for us, and the acknowledgement from CasinoGuru confirms that we're on the right path. This win is a much-needed addition to our ongoing efforts to perfect not only our bonus system but every other aspect of our casino operations.

Q: Can you tell us more about the nomination process and why do you think you won the accolade?

The nomination process was quite stressful for us. We had our hearts set on securing the nomination, and the entire management team was overjoyed when we succeeded.

Winning the accolade can be easily understood from our perspective!

We grant customers complete freedom to utilize bonuses as they see fit. There are no maximum bet restrictions, no withdrawal limits, and no wagering requirements. Unlimited fairness and customer-friendliness.

And it appears that the CasinoGuru judging panel has echoed our assessment. The recognition validates our efforts to redefine industry standards and prioritize the needs and preferences of our customers. This accolade is a testament to our commitment to transparency, fairness, and delivering an exceptional gaming experience. We believe that our innovative approach to customer engagement and satisfaction played a significant role in securing this prestigious award.

Q: Do you see yourself as a role model because of winning The Fairest Bonus Policy?

We're hesitant to excessively praise ourselves, but in an industry where modesty is uncommon we'll indulge a bit; we are confident in asserting that our approach to bonuses and fairness concepts will likely be adopted by other casinos and become a standard practice.

Customer flexibility and protection are becoming the most prized assets in the modern gambling world.

Q: How are you going to approach the topic of fair bonus policies in future?

We are committed to continuously striving for fair and enjoyable bonuses, a mission we will never cease to pursue.

Our primary objective would be to implement additional streamlined informational tools, prioritizing the clear communication of the benefits associated with our bonuses to customers.

Q: Are there specific areas that you think you can improve when creating a bonus policy in future?

As previously mentioned, addressing the communication aspect and ensuring that customers receive the necessary information is an area requiring attention from our end. This is primarily due to the fact that many customers inherently anticipate the conventional bonus schemes that have remained stagnant within the industry for ages. However, upon experiencing our approach, nearly every customer, save for bonus abusers, finds satisfaction.

Q: How do you think the Casino Guru Awards format is different from what other industry awards do?

Firstly;

The CasinoGuru awards demonstrate a hands-on approach to analyzing nominations and direct involvement. The panel-style conversation/questionnaire we experienced was a clear indication of your commitment to transparency, a level of dedication we haven't encountered elsewhere.

Secondly;

While we appreciate the approach of other awards that involve customer voting phases, we don't want to sound overly negative about it. However, we've observed that the "customers can vote for their favorite casino" dynamic often leads to inflated or fake numbers.

In our view, entrusting the decision-making process primarily to experts and industry professionals is the most effective and fair approach for conducting these types of awards.

Q: Can we expect to see you apply for next year’s Casino Guru Awards?

You can count on us to be back next year! As previously stated, this award holds great significance for us, and we plan to pursue additional nominations next year as well.
