Oshi.io's Alex Y: "The industry is becoming more transparent but more work needs to be done"

Today, we sit down with Oshi.io who started the year on a strong foot. The company has won the Casino Guru Awards 2023 in the category for "Most Transparent Casino." This accolade has demonstrated how the operator has successfully created a safe and trustworthy environment for its players, championing the principles of responsible gambling and helping elevate standards in the gambling industry as it goes along. We speak with Oshi.io's Affiliate Manager Alex Y who answered a few of our questions in the wake of this significant achievement

Q: Oshi.oi has just won the Casino Guru Awards in the "Most Transparent Casino" category. What does this mean to you?

It's a great pleasure to be the winner of this category, as it means we're moving in the right direction.

Q: Why is transparency important to Oshi.io and what motivates you to be seen as an operator that prioritizes this particular aspect?

Transparency is one of the keys to the best player experience, as well as the technical stuff and we're happy to be known as a real transparent casino.

Q: How can operators achieve transparency in 2023 and what are Oshi.io’s own do's and don’ts when seeking to prove transparency to consumers?

There are two ways to reach transparency: clear terms and conditions and a professional support team, which is able to investigate every issue that can appear while playing and resolve it as fast as possible.

Q: Do you think the industry as a whole has become more open or are there still dogged points to work on?

I'd say the industry becomes more and more transparent, but obviously, there's still some work to do in this regard.

Q: Are you happy with the Casino Guru Awards' transparent evaluation process?

Yes, everything has been done as it should've been done.

Q: Casino Guru Awards would be happy to see you again next year. Do you already have plans about what you can improve next?

We'll be happy to take part next year as well. We surely do have some plans, but let it be our little secret for now.
