Zarechnyi interview

Casino Guru News took the opportunity of ICE Barcelona 2026 to catch up with Ihor Zarechnyi, CEO at NeverEnding Tech. This company has set out to craft the next chapter in iGaming.

As NeverEnding Tech is entering its full launch phase, Zarechnyi and Casino Guru News correspondent Denisa Vydumova go through what this process looks like, what the company is hoping to achieve, and how things have been coming along.

For the most part, it has been an "intense process," Zarechnyi acknowledges, setting up the company from scratch, hiring the right people, and developing the right products, with February seeing more partners added to NeverEnding’s list.

Key to NeverEnding’s arrival in iGaming is the idea that the supplier can be a "no bureaucracy" company, with Zarechnyi noting that the current challenges faced by operators and suppliers alike remain the technical and legal side of doing business.

NeverEnding’s core philosophy boils down to a no-nonsense approach where the company’s staff is able to deliver on requests expediently, while also addressing the associated difficulties.

Anti-beuraucracy boils down to one core principle, Zarechnyi says - finding the right people.

On AI, Zarechnyi believes that the key question every business needs to answer is how it’s going to use the technology and to what end, rather than blindly rolling in AI-driven solutions without a clear vision.

You don’t want to end in a situation, Zarechnyi notes, where you are rolling in AI because it’s simply "faster" or "better," but rather build a team that can implement the technology to drive results, enhancing their natural capabilities.

Game design today cannot be dependent on AI alone, Zarachnyi argues, with AI just naturally amplifying the abilities of professionals but not superseding them. Developing a blockbuster product is an intricate and delicate process, involving maths, graphics, animations, and building the entire concept.

Studios need a person to make all the connections, essentially. NeverEnding is also building its team, and by the time of the interview, the company was employing 27 people with a driving hire ongoing, but not necessarily an end in itself.

As Zarechnyi puts it, the goal is not to become a massive studio employing hundreds of people. The full conversation with Zarechnyi is well worth watching in its entirety.
