Casino representatives now have an easier way to stay updated on their casinos' Safety Index. The new Automatic Safety Index Reports can be scheduled directly from Casino Guru accounts and sent automatically by email. Martin Dolný, Training & Development Specialist at Casino Guru, explains how it works and what partners should keep in mind before getting started.
What exactly are the Safety Index Reports?
Martin Dolný: The reports provide a detailed look at a casino's current Safety Index score. Basically, they serve as an overview of the key factors that influence whether we can recommend a casino to players and whether it deserves a top spot on our casino lists and other content. With these reports, our partners gain a clear understanding of what areas need improvement to boost a casino’s rating on our site.
What changes with the reports becoming automatic?
Martin: Safety Index reports have been around for a while, and what's changing now is how quickly and how often they are delivered. The great news is that our partners no longer have to request Safety Index updates one by one. Instead, they can set up their account on the Casino Guru website to automatically deliver these reports on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual schedule. Or even whenever the rating changes by a full point, for example, from 8.5 to 7.5, or other specific instances.
What can partners expect to find in a report?
Martin: Each casino has its own dedicated report in a PDF file that analyzes a casino's unresolved player complaints, problematic terms and conditions, restrictions, or other safety-related issues. The report is very thorough and especially helpful for representatives overseeing multiple casino brands. It explains clearly what's behind Casino Guru's rating and evaluation methodology, why we consider certain things unfair or problematic, and highlights them specifically. Plus, we include suggestions for casinos on how to fix these issues that are realistic and actionable.
How do partners set up automatic delivery?
Martin: To set up automatic delivery, a representative just needs to have an account with us and let us know that we need to add to their account portfolio of casinos they manage. Once that’s set up, they can find the 'Report settings' tab in their profile where they can select how often they want these reports and what Safety Index changes should trigger them. This way, they will receive regular reports for all the brands they represent. Or for any brand whose Safety Index has changed. Of course, these settings can be easily adjusted or turned off at any time.

Who are Automatic Safety Index Reports for?
Martin: Every casino representative with a Casino Guru account can benefit from having one. Naturally, multiple people from the same company might have their own accounts and receive reports. Besides getting regular Safety Index updates, these accounts allow casino representatives to quickly respond to any player complaints posted on Casino Guru. This helps them resolve issues faster and satisfy customers who trust their brand, which is very important, especially in our industry.
What are the biggest advantages of this feature?
They are a great time saver, and they make collaboration with our partners even more effective and transparent. Valuable information is easier to access, and communication is strengthened, which creates an ongoing feedback loop that allows operators to track their progress over time.
What if some information is no longer current?
Martin: The report shows the information we have at the time it's prepared. Sometimes, a casino has already made a change that we haven't reviewed yet. If a partner notices something that isn't accurate anymore, we really appreciate it when they let us know. And if a casino has fixed an issue and wants it reviewed right away, there's no need to wait until the next scheduled report. They can always reach out to our team, and we will get to it as soon as possible.
Where can partners find previous reports?
Martin: Reports are delivered by email rather than stored in the Casino Guru account. Partners who want to keep a history should save the emails in their inboxes.
Are there any further updates coming up?
Martin: Yes, we have various ideas for improvement in the near future. For example, the ability to request an instant report. But first, we’ll wait for feedback from our casino partners about their experience with this feature, and we’ll take it from there.
Who to contact with questions?
Martin: Partners can contact their established contact with Casino Guru's affiliates whenever they need help with the reports or want to discuss a specific finding. They can also reach out directly to the data team preparing the reports at issues-improvements@casino.guru.
