The company confirmed it hired Yardena Almagor, an executive with more than 15 years of experience in the gambling industry, for the important role of Customer Success Manager.

The newly appointed exec will play an important role in client relations

Joining Mindway AI, the former evoke executive will be based at the company's office in London, UK.

As Customer Success Manager, Almagor is expected to play an important role in the expansion of Mindway AI's portfolio of customers.

Besides helping the company engage with new clients, she is going to oversee existing client relations.

Mindway AI is recognized for its innovative, science-based tech solutions, which help identify problem gambling and at-risk gambling behaviors.

The company's world-class software and solutions offer a scalable yet effective method to uncover problem gambling.

The Aarhus, Denmark-headquartered company offers state-of-the-art solutions such as Gamalyze and GameScanner.

Those innovative solutions play a major role in protecting players in more than 64 jurisdictions across the globe.

Undoubtedly, with the appointment of the new Customer Success Manager, Mindway AI will be able to grow its partner base, expanding its global reach and protecting even more players than before.

Earlier this year, Mindway AI was recognized for information security considering it obtained ISO 27001 certification.

The coveted certification is a testament that the company's information security management systems adhere to the globally recognizable standard for information security and data protection.

The former evoke executive brings solid experience and a wide range of skills

Almagor spoke about the importance of the new role, recognizing it as a unique opportunity to leverage her extensive experience, Casino Guru News learned from a press release.
