The premium gaming, hospitality and entertainment resort in New Jersey, Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Atlantic City, won a prestigious award.

On Thursday, the company announced it was honored as a Top Workplaces Award Winner by USA Today.

The award is a testament to the dedication of the casino resort’s extraordinary team

The latest recognition marks the third consecutive year Hard Rock Atlantic City has won the accolade.

Besides being the highest-ranking casino on the USA Today’s Top Workplaces list, the go-to Atlantic City casino was one of 110 organizations that have more than 2,500 employees.

George Goldhoff, Hard Rock Atlantic City’s President, spoke with excitement about the latest award, Casino Guru News learned from a press release.

The executive said that winning the prestigious award for a third year is an incredible honor.

"This recognition reflects the passion and dedication of our extraordinary team members. Their commitment not only drives our success but also brings our core value of 'Love All, Serve All' to life every day," Goldhoff pointed out.

Finally, the executive said: "We proudly celebrate their continued efforts in making Hard Rock Atlantic City an exceptional workplace."

Besides Hard Rock Atlantic City, the resort’s parent company, Hard Rock International (HRI), was also recognized with top workplace awards.

In 2025, HRI won America’s Best Large Employers award by Forbes for a seventh consecutive year.

To win the Top Workplaces Award, Hard Rock Atlantic City members participated in an anonymous survey completed by Energage, an independent HR technology and research company that plays a central role in the USA Today’s Top Workplaces employer recognition program.

Overall, Energize has collected responses from more than 1,000 Hard Rock Atlantic City employees late in 2025.

Earlier this year, Hard Rock Atlantic City announced a new $50m capital investment plan seeking to refresh the venue and bring new amenities.
