One of the most globally recognized gaming and entertainment companies around the world, Hard Rock International (HRI), announced that Seminole Hard Rock was recognized for its leading hospitality and entertainment. On Monday, the company confirmed that Seminole Hard Rock was recognized by The Wall Street Journal and Deloitte Privat as a 2023 US Best Managed Company.
The prestigious achievement marks the third consecutive year the company was recognized. It was back in 2021 when the company became the first privately-owned gaming company to be recognized with the US Best Managed Company honor. The unique program "honors and recognizes outstanding private companies around the globe and the achievements of their management teams on an annual basis," a statement released by Hard Rock International reveals.
Private companies within different sectors around the globe compete for the award. To secure the prestigious award, those organizations undergo an independent evaluation process. This process involves an assessment of a company's practices as well as management skills related to execution, strategy, culture and governance/financials. Keeping in mind the latest honor, Seminole Hard Rock is now delighted to secure the award for the third consecutive year.
Jim Allen, Hard Rock International's Chairman and Seminole Gaming's CEO, shared his excitement about the latest achievement. He said: "We are honored to be recognized three years in a row as a US Best Managed Company." Finally, Allen explained: "We strive to provide the best working environment for all of our team members, which leads to exceptional experiences for all our guests."
The latest award comes after only recently, Hard Rock International and Seminole Gaming confirmed plans to improve the guest experience in a deal with Quick Custom Intelligence (QCI). Announced late in March, the deal saw the company deploy QCI's Enterprise Platform in an effort to elevate the experiences for guests. At the time, the company said that the new platform helps with strategic processes related to marketing, player development and delivers tools related to real-time operation.
Dan Ingster, the Vice President of Gaming Operations for Seminole Hard Rock Support Services, was excited about the collaboration with QCI and said: "The QCI platform's integration of market basket analytics combined with player development and marketing tooling empowers team members across the enterprise to engage with guests in new, powerful ways."
QCI's Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Ralph Thomas, was similarly delighted about the partnership. "We are proud to have deployed our QCI Enterprise Platform to support Hard Rock and Seminole Gaming casino properties," he said at the time.
