  • SBC Events has reiterated the dates for SBC Summit 2026 and confirmed the dates for 2027
  • This is done so that scheduling bottlenecks may be avoided, and the hosts may focus fully on bringing the best possible experience
  • Rasmus Sojmark, Founder and CEO of SBC Events, has hailed this early booking, allowing partners to plan early and without uncertainty

SBC Events is excited to confirm the dates for the upcoming SBC Summit events in 2026 and 2027. After confirming the 2026 dates, SBC Events has now expanded by confirming the dates for the 2027 edition of the industry-defining gathering, which recently brought together more than 30,000 industry professionals in Lisbon.

The gathering is due to return at its signature venues, Feira Internacional de Lisboa and MEO Arena, on September29October 1, 2026, and September 21-23, 2027, with SBC Events excited to be planning what the organization believes is an even format that will continue to grow, expand, and bring new opportunities for industry stakeholders.

The early booking and confirmation of dates also mean that scheduling bottlenecks may be avoided, allowing SBC Events to focus on bringing even more worthwhile experiences on-site. Commenting on the confirmation of dates for 2027, SBC Events CEO and Founder Rasmus Sojmark added:

"Clarity and predictability, at least when it comes to dates, are vital. Our partners deserve to plan without uncertainty. By setting our dates well in advance, we ensured that everyone could organise their year efficiently and contributed to a well-balanced industry event calendar."

SBC Events recently relocated its flagship industry event, which it has been hosting since 2015, from London to Barcelona, a move designed to better reflect the organizers’ global mission and outlook. This decision has been hailed largely as a success, with the 2025 edition alone attracting 76.6% first-time attendees along with 57.5% new companies.

The 2026 edition is aiming to be even grander in scope and execution, with SBC Events already predicting that the event could pull together asmany as 35,000 professionals. Sojmark said that next year’s edition already had a lot in store and urged industry stakeholders to stay tuned.

"Consistency in scheduling reflects that mindset. When organisers align around a clear, predictable calendar, everyone benefits, from exhibitors and sponsors to delegates who can make the most of every event they wish to attend," he commented on getting ahead with the dates.
