Red Rock Resorts, the company that owns an indirect interest in and manages the leading provider of gaming, hospitality and entertainment in Las Vegas, Nevada, Station Casinos LLC, reported its financial results for the third quarter of 2026.

Q3 revenue increases by $13.1m year-over-year

Releasing the unaudited figures on Tuesday, Red Rock Resorts unveiled details regarding its performance for the quarter ended September 30, 2026.

Notably, the company posted an increase in net revenues of 2.8% year-over-year.

Revenue in Q3 2026 increased to $488.7m, up by $13.1m from the $475.6m result from the corresponding period in 2025.

Adjusted EBITDA in Q3 this year was $182.6m, a decrease of 4.3% when compared to the same quarter the prior year.

Net loss in Q3 2026 was $17.7m, "a decrease of 123.0%, or $94.6 million, from net income of $76.9 million in the same period of 2025, primarily as a result of $79.1 million in share-based compensation expense related to the Company's 50th anniversary," as explained in a press release.

Red Rock Resorts released a breakdown of the $488.7m result.

Not unexpectedly, the lion’s share of the revenue came from the company’s casino operations, with revenue hitting $323.9m, an increase when compared to the $319.5m result from Q3 2025.

Notably, the company reported an increase in revenues across the board, with food and beverage revenue, room revenue and other revenues increasing to $88.2m, $42.8m, and $27.6m, respectively.

All aforementioned figures represented a year-over-year increase when compared to the same period in 2025, Red Rock Resorts’ financial figures reveal.

Per the unaudited financial results, the company’s Native American activities generated $6.2m in revenues in Q3 2026, signaling an increase of 59% year-over-year.

At the same time, Native American activities’ Adjusted EBITDA increased by 30.8% year-over-year to $5.1m in the third quarter.

Celebrating its 50th anniversary, Station Casinos awarded Red Rock stock to all full-time and part-time employees.

Revenue in the first nine months on par with 2025 results

Besides the Q3 2026 financial results, Red Rock Resorts reported solid performance for the first nine months of 2026.

For the nine months ended September 30, 2026, the company reported $1.51bn in net revenues, a result that was on par when compared to the same period the prior year.

However, casino revenues for the first nine months of 2026 increased, hitting $1bn, compared to $997.5m for the corresponding period in 2025.

Adjusted EBITDA for the nine months of 2026 decreased year-over-year to $603.3m.

Earlier this year, Red Rock Resorts named J. Colby Williams as a successor to Jeffrey Welch for the role of Executive Vice President and General Counsel.
