Paddy Power and Inspired Entertainment form long-term partnership

Inspired Entertainment has signed a long-term partnership with Paddy Power to provide the company with integrated managed services across all of the latter’s betting terminals. This numbers more than 1,400 machines and the partnership will cover remote and field tech support, installation, content, and platform deployment options.

Paddy Power, which is one of Flutter Entertainment’s central rands, has more than 350 betting shops in the United Kingdom. The company will also buy around 1,400 more Vantage server-based gaming cabinets throughout 2023 to double its gaming machines in operation.

Commenting on this partnership, Inspired President and Chief Operating Officer Brooks Pierce said that his company was excited to see Paddy Power turn to Inspired for further assistance in the deployment and maintenance of gambling cabinets in the United Kingdom.

Pierce confirmed that the two companies had a strong relationship, and they were committed to building up on this. The new partnership will not only provide Paddy Power with trusted tech support and more opportunities in the long term, but it will also help rein in costs. Inspired Entertainment is also keen to demonstrate its ability to service both the hardware sector as well as provide core products such as content, platform, and managed services.

The news was welcomed by Paddy Power Head of Retail Gaming Vince Bateson who said that the two companies have been working successfully together over the past years. Inspired Entertainment products are something that Paddy Power’s customers know and trust, Bateson confirmed and said that he was delighted to explore this relationship further.

Bateson also offered praise for Inspired Entertainment’s gaming cabinets and added: "Inspired’s Vantage terminal has performed exceptionally well in our trials and is a perfect fit with our strategic goal of providing our customers with the best possible experience in our retail shops."

Inspired Entertainment is not only present in the sports betting or gaming cabinet space. The company has also been deploying a number of iGaming solutions, such as slots. The company’s content base has been growing steadily over the past months. In June, Inspired introduced five slots, to name Chili Prize Pots, Big Egyptian Fortune, Gold Cash Big Spins, Grizzly, and Big Wheel Bonus. Later, in November, the company added three festively themed games.
