MARCA confirmed as official sponsor of Legends Charity Game

• MARCA to be the Official Media Sponsor for the Legends Charity Game
• This gives a new meaning to the event, which seeks to raise €1,000,000
• The Legends Charity Game is going to be the first of a series of events to run through 2030

The upcoming Legends Charity Game 2025, which will reunite some of the world’s most prominent soccer players, will also have MARCA join as the Official Media Partner for the seminal game.

The game, due to take place on September 15 in Lisbon, is the first of a series of similar events that will run through 2030 and has been made a reality with backing from SBC Events and organized by Sport Global. Now, the event will also benefit from Spain’s most influential sports voice – MARCA.

The event seeks to raise funds for several organizations, including the Ukrainian Red Cross Society, the Portuguese Red Cross, International Alert, and Caritas Portugal, and will reunite a long list of top-flight soccer players, alongside venerated Portuguese legends in the sport.

SBC Events and Sport Global Group CEO & Founder Rasmus Sojmark has welcomed the opportunity to bring such a notable partner as the event’s media partner:

The event will be taking place at the Estádio José Alvalade and will reunite 50,000 soccer fans who will descend on the venue to behold a true spectacle of a game, and a warm-up to the SBC Summit.
