The strategic shift comes at a time when the MGA's outgoing CEO, Carl Brincat, will be stepping down from his role effective January 26, 2024. To ensure a smooth transition, Mizzi and Brincat will collaborate for the shift of responsibilities. As CEO of the Authority, Mizzi will serve a five-year term.
