Ahead of the upcoming Indian Gaming Tradeshow & Convention due to take place on March 31 – April 3 in San Diego, California, the Indian Gaming Association has announced the TribalBond connections program, which is designed to foster meaningful connections between tribal gaming casino executives and industry solution providers.
The new program is adopting the "speed networking" format designed to break the ice and introduce relevant stakeholders to each other in an efficient and valuable manner, while enjoying a personalized experience. TribalBond is a continuation of the event’s mission, which is to bring together sector and industry professionals and allow them to explore industry trends and forge business connections that can shape their businesses.
By introducing this additional networking opportunity, TribalBond seeks to help attendees in building these connections, allow them to share insights, and unlock fresh opportunities for all people in attendance, and beyond.
Apart from the opportunity to meet face-to-face with a number of industry and tribal gaming leaders, the event is also going to be attended by specific decision-makers who will play various parts.
In the meantime, the Indian Gaming Association has appointed Frances Alvarez to lead the TribalBond connections program.
Alvarez is a well-seasoned industry veteran with extensive relevant knowledge and experience. She is also the Chairwoman for the Tribal Gaming Protection Network, President of the NationalNative American Hall of Fame, and Gaming Commissioner for the Wilton Rancheria Gaming Commission.
Commenting on this new initiative, Indian Gaming Association Chairman Ernie Stevens, Jr commented:
"We are excited to introduce TribalBond at the Indian Gaming Tradeshow & Convention. Our goal is to provide Indian Country with the best experience to foster meaningful connections and support their communities. This program will be a game-changer to support the innovation that tribal gaming is known for. We could not think of a better person than Frances to help us introduce this program to the event."
The focus remains on the speed of engagement as part of the networking format, which will allow for more interactions. These interactions, however, are shaped to be meaningful and impactful, as already mentioned, with five rounds of such speed networking on April 2 and April 3.
There are other exclusive benefits that will be available to the TribalBond program participants, including attendance to the Indian Gaming Tradeshow & Convention, an annual subscription to Indigenous Class, and more. Alvarez has welcomed the opportunity to spearhead this new program and effort, adding:
"As a long-time supporter of the Indian Gaming Tradeshow & Convention, I’m excited to lead the TribalBond program. My aim is to support the tribal gaming community by connecting them with innovative products and insights to enhance their operations and communities. Equally important, I will provide solution providers with the knowledge and resources needed to foster meaningful, lasting partnerships with the Indian Country. I am encouraged by the positive feedback we have already received from the tribal gaming community regarding TribalBond."
