The developer of innovative products, powering online and retail sports betting, gaming and lottery operators across the globe, Highlight Games, announced a strategic partnership in East Africa.
The company confirmed it joined forces with Sahara Game Technology (Sahara Games), an up-and-coming African betting operator that offers a wide range of engaging wagering options.
Under the terms of the freshly minted alliance, Highlight Games agreed to deliver SOCCERBET, its flagship video virtual sports product, for Sahara Games.
Thanks to the new agreement, the betting operator will leverage the innovative product, delivering content to more than 300 retail outlets in Mozambique, Kenya, as well as Uganda.
The new collaboration is expected to strengthen Sahara Games' footprint in the aforementioned markets, while at the same time delivering a unique product for the operator's growing customer base.
SOCCERBET is renowned for offering more than 14,000 exclusive 10-second clips with footage of English Premier League football teams.
The clips include unique moments from EFL and FA Cup competitions.
Mathew Halloran, Sahara Game Technology's COO, shared his excitement about the latest announcement in a statement.
"Sahara Game Technology is always looking to supply the best content to its customers and no other product we have provided compares to SOCCERBET in terms of the depth of archive, range of teams, goals and exclusive footage available," he explained.
Finally, Halloran pointed out: "Players love the nostalgia of watching archive material of England’s premier clubs and we’re thrilled to be continuing the delivery of SOCCERBET through Highlight Games’ own proprietary platform to retail venues across Africa."
Ambani Netshishivhe, Highlight Games' Director of Partnerships, Africa, was just as delighted about the new collaboration with Sahara Game Technology.
He explained: "SOCCERBET contains more exclusive archive footage from the EFL and FA Cup than any other video virtual football product on the market and so it’s clear to see why the team at Sahara Game Technology would want to continue working with SOCCERBET exclusively with us at Highlight Games."
Last but not least, Netshishivhe explained that Highlight Games will be delighted to continue its expansion in Africa hinting that there will be more partnerships coming soon.
