EveryMatrix secures DeepCI in latest M&A move

EveryMatrix has completed the acquisition of DeepCI, a company that specializes in the optimization of iGaming affiliate strategies. The completion of the deal was confirmed as of July 1, 2023, but the news was shared on Monday morning with Casino Guru News via email and on the companies’ official websites.

DeepCI is a fairly new platform established in 2020 by Riaan de Jager and Lewis Civin, two industry veterans, who have been able to promote and demonstrate the robustness of their platform to some of the world’s biggest and most respected companies.

Among the list of DeepCI clients are such formidable clients as Betsson, bet365, Betway, and 888. com. DeepCI has been able to feed all of these companies, and others, actionable insights into how successful their brand and marketing strategy is.

Essentially, DeepCI scans thousands of affiliates' sites globally, allowing for clients to gain an immediate understanding of how their names are used and promoted. The company also helps clients understand how effective specific affiliate strategies are and whether they have a bearing on the brand’s long-term chances of success.

EveryMatrix is not going to decouple the business from its capable team, either. Civin, who is the Chief Executive Officer, will still manage the business, which will remain independent from EveryMatrix Group, the press statement informs. Commenting on this opportunity, Civin himself said:

"The team and I are delighted to be joining the EveryMatrix Group."

He welcomed the opportunity to integrate with one of the fastest-growing business groups in the sector, referring to EveryMatrix. This would allow the company to create more innovative and disruptive tools and leverage the shared knowledge, expertise, and experience for the betterment of all products that are now under the Group’s roof, and not least – to the benefit of the Group’s clients.

"It’s been a thrill launching and continually iterating DeepCI products," Civin added, calling the products developed by his company as must-have and data-driven solutions that have had a significant positive impact on iGaming businesses globally.

EveryMatrix CEO Ebbe Groes has similarly welcomed the acquisition and said that DeepCI was a business that the Group has long its sights on, admiring the work the company had done. The company’s product will bring significant benefits to EveryMatrix’s customers, Groes said, confident in the future of the Group’s own affiliate management division and product, PartnerMatrix.

Earlier this year, EveryMatrix secured several other prominent milestones, including the launch of its SlotMatrix product with DraftKings in New Jersey and the acquisition of an Isle of Man license.
