Apparently this platform doesn't respond here, but I'm trying to contact them in every way I can.

I registered on the vert.bet.br platform and after having my account blocked I tried to contact support. I was answered by a robot who gave me a contact e-mail address that doesn't exist (), and I can't get in touch with this platform at all.

I have a balance withheld at the house and there is nowhere else to turn.

Pelo visto essa plataforma não responde por aqui mas estou tentando de todas as formas contato.

Realizei cadastro na plataforma vert.bet.br e após ter minha conta bloqueada tentei contato no suporte. Fui atendido por um robô que informa um e-mail de contato deles que não existe (support@vertbet.com), e não consigo de nenhum jeito contato com essa plataforma.

Tenho saldo retido na casa e nao tem mais por onde recorrer.

I went through the verification when registering and made a deposit choosing not to get a bonus.

The e-mail address provided by the robot does not exist and there is no way to contact them.

I verified that they are managed by the same company as CBET.GG (7MBR) and when I tried to contact CBET support they were also unable or unwilling to help.
