I was given a £100 Bonus. I played a game and I wagered the £100. I gradually built up to £14,717.00. The Maxium withdrawal was £7500.00. I withdrew that amount and thought I’d wait for that to land into my account before I withdraw the rest however I woke up the next morning with an email to say

"We are contacting you regarding your recent bonus activity.

We would like to inform you that, in line with our Terms and Conditions, excessive winnings generated from the bonus have been deducted from your balance.

As an exception, you are allowed to withdraw up to 1,000 GBP from the Cashback Bonus

Please note that the bet function will be off until you fully withdraw your funds.

Now this literally broke my heart because I was only supposed to wager the £100.00 before I can withdraw. The winnings were on a game owned by a third party company. Velobet has no right to take my winnings which was going to clear half of my debts. They let me keep £1000.00 but ate the £13,717 😡 I am really disappointed and I am going to fight this as much as I can because that money is mine.

Any excess winnings will be forfeited.

Based on the information provided in your screenshot, the maximum withdrawal permitted is five times the bonus amount. As your bonus was £100, the maximum allowable withdrawal is £500. The fact that you received £1000 suggests this was a gesture of goodwill on the part of the casino. While I appreciate that this situation may be disappointing, particularly given the amount you have accumulated, these bonus rules were accepted upon claiming the bonus. Therefore, I am concerned that we may be unable to provide further assistance in this matter.
