Na účet spinwinera jsem vložila 9000,-,s tím,že mi zdarma připíšou také 9000,- . Po určité době hraní jsem se začala bát,že peníze prohraju,hry jsem ukončila a chtěla zbytek peněz vybrat. Při pokusu u výběr mi bylo automatem napsáno,že nejdřív musím prosázet 27000,-,připadá mi dost nefér,že toto u vkladu nebylo nikde napsáno. Zrušila jsem tedy všechny bonusy,které mi byly ihned odečteny,včetně výher.Ovšem při pokusu o výběr zbytku mých peněz-stále stejný požadavek-na protočení 27000,-. Při komunikaci přes podporu stále stejná písnička,vždy se točily okolo a na nic konkrétního mi nikdy neodpověděli. Připadá mi to velmi nefér. Od začátku musí vědět,že člověk o peníze s takovýmhle požadavkem přijde
