I deleted the email about two weeks ago. Either way, I want the other party to ask me. They still have the email history.

Because I can't get a free bed

I asked if I couldn't get it and they said I didn't have enough rank. I asked what rank was and they ignored me. Then they said there was a problem with my ranking. I ended up not getting it again the following week and when I asked why they said it was my rank. At that point I realized the rules.
