Y en chat solo te ponen que tengas paciencia, solicité la hoja de reclamaciones que todo negocio en España debe tener y que se entregan en las oficinas gubernamentales correspondientes y no me las han querido dar aun siendo esto un delito.

Ningún casino de los que he jugado online (playuzu, Williams Hills, Leo Vegas, etc.) ha tardado tanto, es el primer casino que me topo con esto, lo que creo es que como no tienen fondos suficientes van pagando poco a poco, si lo se no juego mas aquí, además de no responder a los correos ni hacerme llegar la hoja de reclamaciones correspondiente siendo esto un delito y tardan tanto por que nadie a denunciado, pero yo si mi dinero no está hoy en mi cuenta iré a la policía, no solo por el dinero, si no por negar a sus clientes la Hoja de reclamaciones pertinente que protege al consumidor y los 25€ les saldrán caros por que les pondrán una multa de entre 5mil euros a 100mil euros, en sus políticas dice 3 días me he comido 6 y no espero más.

Además de tener la poca vergüenza de ni responder los correos electrónicos.
