I decided to withdraw my winnings, and when I went to withdraw my money, they asked for verification. I started the process without any problem, but after trying to meet the second requirement, it logged me out of my account. Thinking it was an internet error, I tried to log back in, only to find that my account was "INACTIVE." I sent an email to Reybets reporting the problem, since live support doesn't really exist. The problem isn't the KYC verification; it's that they took away my access to my account without any warning and kept my small winnings.

Following a detailed investigation, we identified that this player created 23 separate accounts using the same first and last name and IP Adress. The $5 No Deposit Bonus was claimed on every one of these accounts, while no deposit was made from any of them.

This is a clear and deliberate case of multiple-account bonus abuse. Our promotion terms explicitly state:

"Multiple accounts are not permitted. If multiple accounts are detected, all associated accounts may be suspended." DETAILS.

The player knowingly violated this rule by repeatedly creating new accounts solely to claim the same no-deposit bonus. Therefore, all associated accounts were suspended, and any winnings generated through this abuse were voided in accordance with the promotion terms.

It is particularly concerning that the player has filed a complaint while omitting the existence of the other 22 accounts and presenting the suspension as if it occurred simply because an ID was submitted.

We can provide evidence of all linked accounts to the AskGamblers team upon request. Considering the clear violation and intentional bonus abuse, we respectfully request that this complaint be rejected and closed.
