I made a deposit shortly before 5 PM. The casino says it was a different time. I submitted all the necessary documents. Because of this, I'm not being verified. No one in the chat can help me.

I only made one deposit that day.

Only the driver's license was accepted; after that, verification was stopped because the time of the deposit was incorrect.
