Hi, I have a strange situation, on March 9th I requested a withdrawal, after 3-5 working days I contacted them again telling them that the money has not been credited to my personal account, they give me my money back and on the 20th I request a withdrawal, on the 21st it appears completed and as of today March 29th there is still no money in my personal account, what should I do?

on the rabona site there has never been a need to verify the account and I can confirm this because I have been playing regularly for years and have never had these problems

Payment arrived for half after 1 day. Half because since they did not pay I started playing it at Caxxo. Definitively closed with Rabona in my opinion a real criminal association. I play with Eurobet yesterday won a lot of euros requested withdrawal credited today. I hope they ban them for life from Italy.

Pagamento arrivato per metà dopo 1 giorno. Metà perchè visto che non pagavano ho cominciato a giocarlo a Caxxo. In about 1 month I tried 2 different types of withdrawal of the amount won and after days of waiting (10-15 days) they proceeded to put the same amount back into my gaming account and not into my current account.

In the end I had given up hope and was basically forced to burn another 400 euros by gambling them haphazardly.

When I reached 500 euros of remaining sum (won) I made a last attempt to withdraw which strangely enough was credited to my current account the following day.

Anyway, I have had my account on rabona betting deleted and I don't think they will see me again.

PS to apologize for what happened they gave me 100 euros on my game account.

In circa 1 mese ho provato 2 diversi tipi di prelievo della cifra vinta e dopo giorni di attesa (10-15 gg) provvedevano a rimettermi la stessa cifra sul conto di gioco e non sul mio conto corrente.

Alla fine avevo perso le speranze e praticamente sono stato costretto a bruciare altre 400 euro giocandole a casaccio.

Quando sono arrivato a 500 euro di somma rimanente (vinta) ho fatto un ultimo tentativo di prelievo che mi hanno stranamente accreditato sul conto corrente il giorno dopo.

Cmq ho provveduto a far cancellare il mio account su rabona scommesse e non credo che mi rivedranno.

PS per scusarsi dell'accaduto mi hanno regalato 100 euro sul conto di gioco.
